Education and Work Experience :
Commerce / Business Management Graduate with minimum 5 years of work experiences in Service Industry/ NBFC's and Team Management.
Professional Requirement: MANDATORY
Exposure to Tally ERP.9 is mandatory.
Having an experience in cash handling will be added advantage.
Having a good exposure in accounting like Daily banking activity, Bank reconciliation
Maintenance of all financial ledgers and accounting processes
Support to Branch Manager on the day to day operation of all financial information system
Managing the entire finance function of the Branch , Administration & Maintenance activity
Team Co-coordinating skills & team motivating spirit.
Follow up of Customer Retentions, Accounts Receivables and Customer Acquisition.
CRM activity like calling the customers for Business & collection follow up.
Direct In-house dealing of walk in Customers and handling tasks
Personal Profile : MANDATORY
Born before 1990, Married and Settled in Coimbatore,
Good exposure in Microsoft Excel & word.
High Level Verbal and Written Communication: English and Malayalam (optional)
High Level Verbal Communication: Tamil
High Level communication strength in Phone, Email and App environment
High Etiquettes in Pleasant Manners, Tidiness, very well Groomed/ Fresh and Well dressed, Positive Outlook, Organizing skills, Soft Negotiator although aggressive professionally.
