To ensure availability of all products in adequate quantities with correct price boards on the appropriate places on the Floor by adhering to the set standard processes.
To help the Customers, to listen & solve their complaints and to record their valuable feedback/suggestions.
To ensure cleanliness, hygiene and safety on the Floor.
To follow all statutory norms for food storage as per FSSAI.
To plan and delegate the work at the beginning of the day/shift through Briefings in order to achieve maximum efficiency.
To ensure smooth and comfortable shopping experience for the Customers by maintaining the aisles free of any obstacles.
To ensure the equipments such as chiller, freezer and weighing machines are kept in good working condition all the time.
To supervise effectively to avoid any untoward incidences on the Floor.
To train new employees on their daily tasks.
To supervise the promoter employees of other Brands.
To ensure that processes pertaining to FIFO, Debit, Expiry etc are followed to the point.
To receive the Grocery products
To update the registers, files, checklists and reports on timely basis.
