We’re looking for Project Executives to join us in our European Processing Centre in Chennai What you’ll do
Insert customer and account data by entering text-based information from source documents within time constraints
Compile, verify accuracy and type data according to set priorities to prepare supply data for computer entry
Review information for errors or deficiencies, correct any incompatibilities and review the output
Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
Data procedures and application techniques
Create reports, store finished work in designated locations and perform operations
Scan documents and publish documents, when required
Keep information confidential
Respond to queries for access and information relevant files
Adhere to information integrity and security policies
Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions Who you are
Any graduate/10th/12th /Diploma
You have 0-2 years of relevant experience in the data entry domain
Typing speed is 20-30 wpm
Basic knowledge of computer systems and English
Willing to work in rotational shifts
You are a self-starter, with the ability to take ownership of training work streams
You are proficient in MS Word, MS Excel
You can build strong working relationships with employees
You are capable of meeting tight deadlines and are focused on execution
You have a systematic approach to identifying solutions
You are adaptable, and a quick learner who thrives in a rapidly changing environment
You are a multi-tasker with excellent time-management and organizational skills
