Job Responsibilities :
Ensure uniform Process implementation across geography by conducting
Functional Audits at various locations and publishing
reports on the exceptions.
Provide Support to ensure timely deliverable of KPI in line with SLA /
OLA agreed.
Data analysis and providing timely and accurate information on various
day to day transactions
Business & financial analysis to identify potential high impact areas
and highlight associated risks
Ensuring process governance & compliance of all statutory rules and
regulations applicable.
Ensuring Internal & system controls to mitigate Risks by Automating
Performance Reports.
Responsible for reviewing, improving and redesigning business processes
as part of continuous improvement -Service delivery to Business

Education Requirement :
CA

Experience Requirement :
5 - 6 Years

Skills & Competencies :
Must have experience in closely working with senior management for at
least 5 years
Should have good analytical and financial analysis skills and shall be
well versed with Audits & Auditing
techniques
May have experience in managing large scale transformation projects and
process improvements
SAP experience in Finance Module
Good Computer Skills
Team management skills
Listening and Problem solving skills
