Tasks typically involve:
Manages sales of the company’s products and services in within Strategic Accounts Add Agencies. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
Driving sales initiatives and achieving desired targets with overall responsibility of ROI and exploring marketing avenues to build consumer preference and drive volumes.
Create new business opportunities and achieve business targets.
Conducting sales calls and closing the leads.
Generate sales from existing customers, referrals and develop new customers.
Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major accounts including corporate clients, institutional clients , govt etc .
Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.
Identifying and developing new stream for revenue growth and maintaining relationship with customers to achieve repeat / referral business.
Continuous follow up with the customers and building and retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.
All lead entries, follow up and finalizations should be done in the ERP.
Must be results oriented and driven to make the sale.
Aggressively achieving the sales target.
Ensure all leads are covered to maximum levels.
Communicate new project opportunities to existing and potential clients.
Ensure sales are completed and payments duly collected
Key Skill required:
Excellent analytical, negotiation & inter-personal skills with demonstrated communication and relationship management abilities.
Pitching clients offering them various promotions, campaign and activation options, explaining the benefits of the Social media platforms, with pre evaluation as well as post evaluation of the Media plan.
Implementing competent strategies with a view to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones for a wide range of integrations.
Adept running successful process & experience of developing procedures, service standards for business excellence.
Experience of implementing strategies towards enhancing market penetration, business volumes and growth.
