OurShopee is currently looking for Experienced Smart Call Center Executive. Preferably with experience in Retail Company as a Call Center Representative/ Agent.
Main Tasks:
Make Outbound Follow up calls with existing and new customers via Telephone.
Provide excellent Customer service and handle all calls professionally
Send SMS reminders to the customers
Follow-up with the customers
Achieving targets by taking the Orders
Managing System
Achieve Weekly, Monthly Quarterly and Annual target as defined from compan
Required Knowledge:
Basic computer knowledge, use of Microsoft excel and word
Customer service skill
Degree Holder
Hindi and English speaker
Essential Experience:
Previous Call Center Experience
