Description : Looking for a Dynamic & result oriented Human Resource Manager for our Beverages vertical “Moon Beverages”. Candidate must have good knowledge of principles and procedures in compensation and benefits, negotiation, personnel information systems & Statutory Compliances. Increase management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers, communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Addressing all issues related to transfers, employee grievance, pension plan, performance reviews, terminations etc. Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. Liasioning with various government authorities like Factory Inspector, EPF, Labour Officer, ESIC, Industrial associations.
