– Proficiency in English is must ( Written & Verbal both )
– Strong command over written English (grammatically correct written English)
– Customer Support – Solve Customer queries via email or chat.
– Flexibility to work in shifts
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Should possess prioritizing and organizing skills
– Coordinate with internal team for Issue Resolving, Identify Bugs and assignment to internal team & coordination with customer
– Respond to customers in tickets when related to application issues, scheduling, website edits, follow-ups, etc.
