Third Party Management Operations Lead role as part of IT COO - Business Management.
It is expected that the individual plays a lead role in the team and is able to plan, coordinate and manage the activities of team members related Third Party Operations and Third Party Shared Services function.
Key responsibilities of these role are as follows :
Lead One PO Program for technology vendors across India, UK, HK and rest of the geographies in technology
Oversee Vendor Invoices and Billing for technology vendors and make sure billing is happening as per rate card agreed
Lead third party shared services team to facilitate PR/PO Operations for different GBGFs
Work as Third Party Engagement manager for Strategic vendors and perform governance, risk analysis, Business Reviews etc.
Establish vendor performance framework to measure performance of technology vendors
Initiate strategic initiatives within HSBC technology like rolling out One PO program and Vendor Portal across vendors and regions
Establish governance process across GBGF to make sure AP debt is under control
Work with stakeholders across various departments like Procurement, AP, Finance, Tax and legal
Manage and mentor team of high performing individuals based out of different locations
Work closely with internal stakeholders such as HR, SFR and Procurement
Ensures maintenance of accurate data in systems for Non-perm including Vendor Rate
Ensure accurate MI dashboards on daily, weekly, monthly basis
Requirements/ Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications.
- Ensure queries or issues raised by internal stakeholders such as Managers or Vendors are logged and responded on prompt basis
- Manage key facts and data related to Non-permanent workforce such as Rate, Vendor Name, Duration
- Sharing of Weekly and monthly Billing data with Vendors and query resolution
- Relationship management with IT Global and Local Suppliers, to ensure that they adhere to compliance requirements and engagement process
- Addressing IT Vendor Management queries
