Ensure full adherence to all the quality parameters.
Cooperate with other Team members, SMEs and Team Leaders.
Ensure 100% adherence to schedule
Establish and maintain high value accounts by providing expert and professional advice and
promoting high level portfolios and other products.
Perform the necessary processes, procedures and verbal dialogues to effectively customize
offers and cross sell an expansive set of products and services to existing customers
Analyze new and existing client interests, problems, and potential need for new products
Achieve or exceed decided sales targets set by management
Persuade potential customers for registration in our portal and to take our services.
Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using
Use initiative to identify opportunities
Develop & Proactively follow up leads
As a Tele–sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating calls to potential
