Job Description
We are currently looking for Web Designers with 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience who will be responsible for developing, maintaining and enhancing company websites. Candidate should have worked in an IT software company and should have developed websites before.
Candidate should work independently with the management at a strategic level and are self-motivated with the ability to adapt quickly to the continuous changes in the business environment will be ideal for this role.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Strong UI Design Skills
Good in creating logos in illustrator
Very good attention to detail
Development experience with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, jQuery, Bootstrap or any other CSS frameworks,
Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions
Ability to create responsive pages
Ability to debug JavaScript errors and cross-browser inconsistencies
Technical Requirements:
Create an Amazing User Experience.
Create web and mobile app design to wow the users
Create Responsive and Mobile Friendly Pages.
Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability
Required Candidate profile
Actively own & contribute to product brainstorming, user research, interaction design, & visual design sessions
Create web & mobile designs for websites, mobile apps.

Desired Candidate Profile
Hands on HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, AJAX ,JavaScript and jQuery
Well versed with PSD to HTML Conversions.
Should be able to resolve cross-browser compatibility issues
Self-starter with strong self-management skills
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Great to have knowledge in Shopify.
Good to have knowledge in backend technology like PHP
In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
Knowledge of SEO principles
