Customer Support Specialist - Plowz & Mowz
We're looking for a customer support representative for one of our clients - Plowz & Mowz (https://www.plowzandmowz.com/). The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication and problem-solving skills, loads of empathy towards customers. They will be genuinely excited to help customers. They will be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.
The person in the role will -
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
Inform customers about new features and functionalities
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
The candidate should be willing to work in shift timings from home.
Proven xperience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar Customer Support role.
Experience catering to US/ UK based clients.
Experience using help desk software like Freshdesk / Zendesk / Intercom
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Patience when handling tough cases
