Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Employee Relations Management:
Driving Culture Building Initiative on the shop floor in co-operation with line Managers
Ensure peaceful and disciplined industrial relations in the Company
Implementation of drives for Vigilance and Improving the connect with employees
Maintaining discipline and Maintaining Industrial Peace & Harmony
Ensuring shop floor Discipline & Disciplinary Management.
Talent Hiring (Recruitment of trainees i.e. ITI Apprentices & NEEM)
Manpower Planning in coordination with IEE department (Pertaining to Apprenticeship Trainees)
Organising Pool and campus recruitment drives (As & when required).
Actively engage in Brand building activities in ITI campus.
Compensation Management for Trainees
Maintaining good relationships with College’s Placement Officers
Statutory Compliance
Ensuring compliance of laws and regulations for all operations
Ensure 100% statutory compliances other than time office related compliances.
