Make and receive calls related to special clients and projects.
Have a good understanding of the process objectives and be able to communicate effectively with the clients to achieve them.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Must have an Neutral Accent or American Accent (preferable) with a high degree of accuracy in pronunciation.
Must have a clear voice and a must be able to communicate professionally without the use of conversation fillers or slang when speaking.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.
Must be self-managed, responsive and dedicated to customer support.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
This position is open only for male candidates willing to work in Night shifts.
Candidates who have appeared for our Voice process in the last 3 months are not eligible for this opening.
