Job Duties:
The Compensation Analyst will be a part of People Operations, a global shared service. This role will be responsible for providing operational support to the compensation team through data analysis and execution of compensation programs under the guidance of the Europe, AME & South Asia Total Rewards Manager / Compensation Specialist.

Detailed responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Participating in compensation benchmarking surveys, completing survey submissions, analysing the survey data and supporting the Europe, AME & South Asia Total Rewards Manager / Compensation Specialist in decision making
Analysing the existing salary schedule, reviewing market data and providing recommendations for revision in Salary Schedules
Executing annual total compensation planning which includes (but not limited to): coordinating updates to and testing the systems, process and tools used in the annual planning cycle, providing day to day support to planning managers on the tools and guidelines, running and sharing the compensation planning reports with HR business partners
Analysing employee data & information and maintaining working files according to required confidentiality/privacy standards and best practices
Partnering with the Talent Acquisition team/business partners/hiring managers to review/recommend salaries for offers as needed
Supporting business in out of cycle salary actions by providing recommendations
Administering flexi pay (cafeteria model of compensation) for employees in India

Basic Qualifications:
MBA/Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related field with a minimum of 3 years of related HR experience with demonstrated increasing responsibility over time OR 7 years of overall related experience in lieu of degree
Minimum of 2 years compensation experience, both managing the annual total compensation planning for an organization/project/function and conducting benchmarking/market surveys
Experience working closely with international teams

Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated knowledge of and prior experience working with HRIS systems, specifically SAP and SuccessFactors
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
Data analytics skills
Possess service mindset and ability to build strong relationships
Ability to work with little supervision
Ability to work in a high-volume transaction environment
Proactive, flexible, and adaptive to changing priorities
Effective communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
