Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Responsibilities:
1. Agri Advisory
a. Advising farmers on the best practices of agriculture through various farmer meetings and through Krish -e app.
b. Training FCMs over providing quality advisory on Agronomy, Crop Management and Irrigation management.
c. Training them on krish-e app enrolling farmers on same
d. Planning, Monitoring and Supervising the work of FCMs and ensuring they conduct the Demo's effectively and provide quality advisory on farming.
2. Rental Services
a. Guiding the Rental Managers for Rental Entrepreneur enrolments.
b. Provide support to Rental Managers for effective customer services to the farmers in case there are product complaints from the farmers.
c. Monitor and Ensure the Demos are conducted effectively and the leads are routed to the Rental Entrepreneurs
d. Act as a SPOC for all information on our Rental Services in the Territory.
e. Provide Tractor and Farm Machinery Sales Leads to the sales team of farm machinery and tractor businesses (FD or SD)
3. FaaS centre Managements
a. To oversee the FaaS Centres in the territory. One TM would be responsible for 3-4 FaaS Centres.
b. Train the FCMs on - FaaS selling pitch, different packages, need based solutions, handling queries, etc.,
c. To ensure dealer's on boarding on new dashboards, farm equipmentÂs and new practices of farming.
4. Planning
a. Operational Planning of the activities which he will be conducting along with the FCM and rental manager in his geography on monthly and quarterly basis.
b. Allocating the activities to the FCM and rental managers for their timely execution of it
5. Agri Input/ Agri Advisory product sales
a. To Sell krish -e premium services to farmers.
b. To generate revenue for the Agri input sales business assigned to him/her for his/her geography
c. To collaborate with the Teams of seeds, crop care to conduct farmer activities and ensure sale for dealers.
Experience
3 to 7 yrs.
Industry Preferred

Qualifications
1. M.Sc. (Ag) of PG in Agri Business Management Fresher from reputed Agri Colleges/Universities.
2. BSc (Ag) with minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
