Social Media Senior Analyst – Marketing Communication

The team consists of professionals focused on market and competitive intelligence, thought leadership, solution development, knowledge management, strategic planning, and commercialization to produce high-value offerings that generate bottom-line benefits for clients and the organization. Professionals work closely with their UK counterparts to identify business development priorities and influence overall organization strategy besides supporting client-relationship-building activities. The group plays a key role in communicating and commercializing the organization’s perspective to a broad audience around the world.
Work you’ll do
As a part of the team, you will be responsible for:
Oversee firm Social Media Account Management including LinkedIn, LinkedIn Elevate, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
Manage social media content calendar.
Publish and schedule content across social media channels via social media management tool.
Create social media posts for campaigns that are in line with brand guidelines and campaign messaging.
Liaise with C&I team directly for project planning, timelines, reporting etc. – following efficient workflow requirements – to meet stakeholder expectations.
Monitor brand security of social channels through brand protection tools such as Nexgate and flagging risks in a timely manner.
Attend regular online social media community calls and working groups with Global and NSE and feedback learnings and insights to Digital team and wider C&I team, when necessary.
Remain abreast of changes to all pertinent social media applications.
Work alongside Digital Marketing Manager to implement Global and local social media initiatives.
Possess a strong desire and knack for business relevancy and remain in-tune with the newest trends, viral postings and up-and-coming social media platforms. Provide regular updates to C&I team on channel changes or latest technologies.
Monitor social media channels performance and provide weekly, monthly and bi-annual web and social media performance reports - building dashboards & ad-hoc analysis, highlighting key insights and providing actionable recommendations for both Digital and C&I teams.
Analyze social media campaigns within both Sprinklr and Adobe Analytics to gather visitor data and determine campaign efficiency and areas for social media campaign improvement.
Conduct daily brand listening, analyzing inbound messages and providing feedback on conversations in a timely manner.
Set up and analyze campaign specific listening dashboards to provide C&I team with regular insight reports for online conversations.
Run regular competitor analysis reports to gauge our online performance in the market, identify gaps, and uncover trends.
Conduct regular channel audience reviews, capturing data on audience demographics & behavior and provide helpful insights for C&I team to help shape their strategies.
Create an efficient reporting process with Adobe report Builder & Tableau.
Note, this role will be primarily social media focused however from time to time there may be a need for assistance across other digital channels such as web and email from an implementation and reporting perspective.
11 AM to 8 PM
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in social media management & analytics, social media content creation & management, social listening & benchmarking.
- Knowledge of Sprinklr, Nexgate, Brandwatch or any other similar tools, Google & Adobe Analytics.
- Skills/ knowledge and experience with Digital Campaign Management, especially paid social campaigns would be an advantage.
- Experience on CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager as well as email marketing platforms such as Click Dimensions would be an added advantage also.
- Ability to work across cultures, in a virtual environment and with remote teams.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and communication skills (written, verbal, & presentation).
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word and PowerPoint, intermediate knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage.
- Ability to deal with and work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Good written & oral communication skills.
- Very strong attention to detail.
- Good client management and relationship building skills.
