Position Summary

The candidate acts as a key contributor in operationalizing design strategies for Print, Document and Digital work streams. With his/her advanced knowledge, he/she would offer creative consultancy and suggest design and implementation of new and cutting-edge on-brand campaigns and visuals.
Conceptualize and formulate creative themes, layout designs and presentation approach, and specify material details, such as style and size of type, photographs and graphics.
Maintains a high level of knowledge on tools and resources used by the firm and constantly evaluates new technologies and tools for adaptation into the team’s work stream
Creation of creative infographics, mind maps and frameworks in PowerPoint and print.
Manages routine MS Office design projects from concept through production, effectively prioritizes work, and balances multiple priorities simultaneously to meet client commitments and deadlines
Works effectively in a team environment
Responsibilities also involve seamless service delivery, project resource planning and approval, problem solving, communication with clients and the creation and implementation of processes and procedures
Interactions with key senior leadership and consulting them on various project related requirements
Develop a strong knowledge about the EY Brand and its visual principles and guidelines
Manage routine MS Office design projects from concept through production, effectively prioritizes work and balances multiple priorities simultaneously to meet client commitments and deadlines
Interact with customer and get involved at the project inception stage to deliver customized solutions
Review illustrative material to determine if it conforms to approved standards and specifications
Defines best practices and ensures that leading practices are shared across the firm in relation to “state-of-the-art” practices in the design community

Technical Skills/Tools Requirement

Excellent presentation and communications skills (comprehend, verbal and written) in English language; ability to clearly communicate complex messages to a variety of audiences including senior management/leaders
Strong interpersonal skills
Experience in managing multiple concurrent initiatives
A strong track record of successful delivery and benefits realization
Proven influencer and confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels
Possess high standard of integrity and confidentiality
Flexible to work in shifts and mirror time zones based on customer requirements and deliverables
Responsible for being the consultant and closely working with leaders to understand their brief/requirements
Responsible for relating design work to the client’s business needs
Understanding of current and future visual trends and proactive approach
Negotiates project deadlines to create timelines, determines project scope to define estimates, and schedule changes for client approval
Supports the EY brand, understands, implements, and strictly adheres to the quality standards and procedures established by EY, including VI and branding guidelines

Lead creative projects and may have associated people management / performance management responsibilities. May or may not be responsible for people outside the scope of a project
Acts as a counsellor/mentor for designers and responsible for team’s skills development
Acts as change agent for new business processes and procedures in the domain
