Project Manager Responsibilities :
Provide technology strategy planning
Integrate information technologies into the company for optimal effectiveness
Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success
Develop a renewal and upgrade schedule for company software programs
Ensure that employees are following computer use policies, information security and privacy
Participate in recruitment, orientation and ongoing training of new IT staff
Supervise and direct IT personnel
Determined to implement the Tools and Processes in organization so as to improve the productivity and profitability of company.
Expertise in managing team, Persuasive, hardworking and ability to work under pressure to consistently meet the deadlines.
Required skills:
In-depth knowledge of VMWare, Microsoft Windows, Google Apps administration, network administration and service desk administration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
In a high-profile role, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of complex system solutions, through delivering primarily agile projects.
Prepare Project Plan and Tracking the project progress of deliverables with key Milestones
throughout the complete project lifecycle.
Weekly Presentation in Buffer Management Meeting (Executive Summary, Project Schedule, Budget Summary, Open Issues, Disclosures),
Create MIS Reports.
Managing project execution to achieve highest value project deliverables within the established schedule and budget.
Monitor and Control the Scope, Budget and Timeline at regular Intervals.
Maintaining Project Documentation (Design Approvals, Order Change Requests, Customer Invoicing)
Conduct meetings with Customer.
Understanding and use of Scrum, Agile Methodology.
Create the WBS for the project.
