- Should have perfect & in depth knowledge working on Tally Software .
- Interact via telephone and optionally via email and SMS with customers who approaching for support with technical issues in the product.
- Address the customer's requirements by personal on-site visit.
- Customer complaints handling & to provide customer satisfaction. To collect feedback about service.
- Enquire customers about their interest in obtaining paid subscriptions, renewals of licenses.
- Send price quotation, negotiate and follow-up as required to close the sales cycle
- Be self-driven and complete the assigned tasks in TAT Time. Stay focused on work during the office hours.

Qualifications and Skills
- Any Graduate or Diploma Holder
- Fluency in spoken English.
- Good computer & comprehensive skills.

Salary: ₹8,000.00 to ₹12,000.00 /month
