Job Summary
Job Summary

  • Should have perfect & in depth knowledge working on Tally Software .
  • Interact via telephone and optionally via email and SMS with customers who approaching for support with technical issues in the product.
  • Address the customer's requirements by personal on-site visit.
  • Customer complaints handling & to provide customer satisfaction. To collect feedback about service.
  • Enquire customers about their interest in obtaining paid subscriptions, renewals of licenses.
  • Send price quotation, negotiate and follow-up as required to close the sales cycle
  • Be self-driven and complete the assigned tasks in TAT Time. Stay focused on work during the office hours.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Any Graduate or Diploma Holder
  • Fluency in spoken English.
  • Good computer & comprehensive skills.
