Desired Work Experience:
3 Years Plus of Experience in managing Office Functioning & Office Administration preferably who has a working experience in IPR Firms (Intellectual Property Rights), Law Firms & Consultancy Firms , Just Dial, Charted Accountant Firm, Service Industries , Marketing & Sales Industries , Data Management Companies
Excellent English Spoken and Written Communication Skill is a must.
Proficiency in Ms Excel, Ms Word & Accounting Software (For eg. Tally).
Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents and reports. Client Support, Data management.
Coordinate project deliverables.
Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking.
Provide administrative support for the operations team.
Arranging meetings with clients.
