Coordinating with various Stakeholder (Trainer, Mentors & Dept Heads to schedule Training Programs)
Should be able to create content based on the inputs and learning agenda
Ensure that content and context of all materials remains current and relevant for business needs.
Work with subject matter experts on designing training content and delivery.
Conduct training programs for various audience groups, as and when required.
