The IT Global Development & Delivery (D&D) organization partners with our businesses and local IT Business Relationship Managers to build and deploy high value IT solutions that bring new business capabilities to life. D&D has 4 key functions:
Delivery: Deliver high quality projects, maximizing solution commonality and reusability across markets
Development: Lead the technical design, build, and quality assurance of all technical customizations and solution development landscapes
Planning & Testing Services: Deliver release planning, testing, and D&D processes / services / tools to enable delivery excellence and reduce risk to PepsiCo’s IT landscape
Enterprise First / Design Authority: Build a global digital foundation with harmonized business processes

We are seeking a make to deploy Functional Expert responsible support the implementation and deployment of the Production Planning & Execution, and, Inventory, Warehouse, and Quality Management capabilities of the Enterprise First Global template. Objectives are to ensure that the Global Template supports the execution of business processes related to: the tactical planning for production and materials purchases at the manufacturing plants in the network, including generating a master schedule, a detailed schedule, a material requirements plan, tracking common key performance indicators, while using the distribution requirements plan, deployment plan, capacity plans, and long-term supply plan as key inputs; the transformation of raw materials into high quality semi-finished and finished products per specifications, using the right processes and methods to transform the goods using batch or line production; the management and inventory control through inbound, outbound, and internal processes, including materials scheduled for receipt (open purchase orders and inbound shipments), orders scheduled for shipment (customer and inter-plant shipments), materials ready for physical inventory, financial valuation of inventories, and advanced WMS capabilities at more sophisticated sites; and, the quality assurance of PepsiCo’s inbound receipts and manufacturing processes, while ensuring that PepsiCo products have been properly tested in accordance with regulatory food and safety laws. Qualifications/Requirements

Functional Responsibilities:
Partner with the Production Planning & Execution, and, Inventory, Warehouse, and Quality Management Global Leads to implement and deploy the end-to-end solution - Accountable
Support decision-making for Production Planning & Execution, and, Inventory, Warehouse, and Quality Management localization of functionality in the Global Template during deployment - Accountable
Ensure PepsiCo Corporate Production Planning & Execution, and, Inventory, Warehouse, and Quality Management policies reflected in the global template are implemented to standard with appropriate localization – Consult / Execute
Collaborate with the Production Planning & Execution, and, Inventory, Warehouse, and Quality Management Global Process Leads and Global to implement and deploy the Global Template – Consult/Execute
Actively engage and educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification and standardization capabilities – Consult / Execute
Ensure global lift and shift opportunities are deployed across the sectors – Consult / Execute
Collaborate with all scrum teams to implement and deploy the end-to-end Global ERP solution leveraging agile methodology – Consult / Execute
Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore scrum team members to ensure a prioritized and sufficient product backlog for the teams to work against – Consult / Execute
Participate in key Sprint planning, retrospectives and other key ceremonies – Consult / Execute
Along with scrum team identify, monitor and implement key agreed-upon improvements - Consult / Execute

Key Qualifications/Requirements:
7-10 years of experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP with a focus on Production Planning & Execution, and, Inventory, Warehouse, and Quality Management
Bachelor’s degree required
Strong Enterprise Asset Management experience with SAP Production Planning & Execution, and, Inventory, Warehouse, and Quality Management in a global capacity
Previous leadership role on a major SAP transformation project
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP SolMan 7+, MS VSTS, Quality Center and MS Project
Solves highly complex problems within their work team
Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments
Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences
Adaptability and flexibility including ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change
Consulting background a plus
