Must have experience on LAN/WAN network Admin, Cisco Nexsus products, F5 Load balancer & Checkpoint firewall The Network Analyst serves as a data network technician to internal clients and technical management with responsibilities ranging from effective project planning, implementation, revising procedures, ability to transfer knowledge to peers, and maintenance of network services within the corporate infrastructure. The position requires the ability to deliver operational business services based on Architecture requirements. To do this the Network Analyst collaborating with peers/vendors to troubleshoot issues, provide second level troubleshooting and assist project leads with implementing multiple technologies. Minimum Qualifications • 4+ years of experience with LAN solutions for large enterprises analysing, troubleshooting, and investigating Network and Data Center related systems.
- 4+ years of experience with IP routing protocols including Layer 2 (including Multi-Vlan architectures) and Layer 3 routing (OSPF, BGP, RIP, EIGRP, HSRP, QoS) in a large enterprise environment. • Experience with Cisco Nexus product line with a strong understanding/experience with the Cisco IOS-XR/XE and IOS product lines with security and segmentation controls. • Experience with network based segmentation solutions like firewalls, private VLANs, TrustSEC, etc. • Maintain integrity of the network, server deployments, and align with security policies and procedures.
- Familiar with one or more of the major Application Delivery Controller appliances (Cisco ACE, Citirx, F5, etc). • Experience with troubleshooting Cisco wireless infrastructure. • Familiar with virtual datacenter (VMware) and virtual switching (Nexus 1000v) environments. Preferred Qualifications • Familiar with one or more of the major Application Delivery Controller appliances (Cisco ACE, Citirx, F5, etc).
- Ability to program in Linux • Solid understanding of Network management tools and protocol
