Roles & Responsibilities
International Reservations & Ticketing & Client handling.
Handle escalations from the customer.
Providing fare information with multiple options.
Updating special requests, seats, meal, frequent flyer etc.
Processing refunds then and there.
Good knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo & Abacus.
Knowledge on Travel domain is a must.
Knowledge of working in Word and Excel Sheet will be an advantage.
Should be holding an IATA diploma or certificate.
Ability to communicate effectively to the corporate.
Should be a pro-active and good team player.
Proven relationship-builder with unsurpassed interpersonal skills.
