We are on an interesting growth journey and are seeking a Solutions Marketing Manager to join our team. As an experienced Solutions Marketing Manager joining our marketing team, you will work alongside product development and head of marketing, in taking the innovative offerings to market within various sectors worldwide. You will be responsible for leading the strategic positioning, integration, and execution of their messages of the business to prospects and clients. You will identify solution marketing opportunities to sell and upsell within the business and package the solutions in line with it. You will have ownership of the positioning, packaging, pricing, and selling of specific solutions that may be simple or complex solutions.
The ideal candidate for this role should have experience in marketing business solutions like SaaS, technologies, IT or marketing services to different verticals and enjoy working in a fast paced, client led environment. What you’ll be doing:
To create all messaging and positioning from a clients’ point of view and to position the company as the best solution to clients’ problems.
Continuous competition tracking to map their solutions, solution positioning, thought leadership activities so that we are not behind the race at any point.
Work with Sales, Operations, Solutions and Delivery teams to identify new (or groups of clients) who would benefit from available solutions.
Liaison with internal stakeholders, Marketing head and extended teams such as agencies to execute all marketing initiatives and campaigns to engage the target groups continuously.
Thought leadership to all areas of the business in sharing the complexity of the solution marketing mix. Able to liaison with Subject Market Experts, Pre-sales and Sales teams to get new content ideas.
Managing a team of writers, illustrators and data analysts.
Orchestrating digital content strategies across all online platforms
Driving traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion.
Measuring the results of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns.
Implementing SEO best practices
Knowing which platform different kinds of content are best suited to
Designing and implementing creative marketing strategies to disseminate content.
Represent Acuvate at tradeshows, industry forums, and analyst events, as required.
To perform reviews of existing clients and ensure the solutions are matching their needs and to replicate solutions within similar industry fields.
Effective reviews of solutions within client businesses recognizing new opportunities or enhancement of solutions.
Create and recommend new solutions to address any gaps in the company offering.
To produce collateral that can be modified and customized for the sales team and operations teams in an easy and standardized way to assist in new sales and upselling to existing clients.
To bring cross-functional leadership to the business and work between departments ensuring marketing and sales is at the heart of the business in all areas.
Execute & Optimize Lead generation campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Email and Google Search, Display Network, managing performance as per business requirements.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize and improve digital results and to implement new tactics and strategies to test.
Produce weekly reports for all marketing efforts (incl content, paid, social channels (organic), website) and a clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators.
Support in building and driving Acuvate’s social media strategy.
Manage internal resources, and agencies. What skills are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
4-6 years’ experience in B2B technology marketing, with a strong understanding of B2B marketing concepts and a proven track record of success
Recent and relevant experience working as a product/solutions marketer or service marketer.
In-depth understanding of the Solutions lifecycle
Strong understanding of cloud, chatbot, customer engagement and services
Excellent writing skills with a proven track record of creating impactful content (blogs, e-books, presentations, success stories, video scripts, etc.)
Proven track record working in a collaborative, team environment while leveraging remote resources.
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communications skills Bonus skills:
