Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – EPM - South
Reports To: GM - Sales
Location: Chennai or Bangalore
Achieve the company sales and profit objectives within assigned region and product portfolio. The focus is on technical/product based customer requirements and is required to work closely with GM Sales, the Product Specialists, Marketing Manager & Product Manager.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Achieve Regional AOP Plan in terms of Sales & Profit strictly adhering to the principles and guidelines of the company
Co-ordinate various sales programs to grow the installed base through customer loyalty and relationships ensuring highest productivity levels
Regularly visit the customers and ensuring high level of support for their continued business
Provide comprehensive feedback on competition and their activities helping the marketing team to develop counter strategies.
Ensure that the receivables are strictly under control in coordination with Receivables team, with respect to DSOs and ensuring that there are no overdue accounts.

Provide timely information to all the functions ensuring smooth and effective business operations in the region and as a member of the Sales Management should contribute to overall performance of the Division
Education / Qualification:
Candidate must have a Engineering degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering. Degree in management added advantage though not mandatory.
Well developed skills in sales, planning, negotiation are essential
Strong computer skills (Must be proficient with Excel, Power Point, Word)
Working knowledge of SAP and Sales Force Tools is an added advantage
Strong team player and interpersonal skills
Articulate spoken and written English required

Documented prior history of delivering rapid business results focused on top line growth
Strong exposure to global business and “best practices” worldwide related to customer satisfaction and other related CRM practices
Highly developed ability to seek “win-win” outcomes for customers and company
Demonstrated ability to manage self, peers and senior management in a matrixed reporting environment
10 – 15 years of experience of selling Preferably Environmental Gas Analysers/ Process Gas Analysers.
Preferably though not necessary in the Sectors like power, Steel, Refineries, Petrochemicals etc.
Travel: Heavy, More than 80%
