About Customer Experience
The Customer Experience (CX) organization will provide a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. The CX organization structure ensures that our customers benefit from dedicated management attention and from our teams’ deep understanding of local markets. CX is also responsible for ensuring strong alignment between our customer-facing sales and delivery teams in each account.
Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design,
develop, test, and maintain web- business applications built on Microsoft technologies.
Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.
Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.
Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
Package and support deployment of releases.
Work with teammates in the migration of legacy applications to current Microsoft technologies.
Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications.
Analyse and resolve technical and application problems.
Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected parties.
Should have development background.
Ability to develop solution architecture designs.
Experience of developing Services Orientated Architectures (SOA). Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies such as TOGAF or the equivalent.
Working knowledge of infrastructure including servers, storage, firewalls, load balancers, routers, etc.
A minimum of 3 years in a professional senior technical role such as technical lead, team lead, architect, or other hands on leadership role ideally for a major consultancy or system integrator. Exposure of modern patterns, technologies and methodologies like AngularJS, Node.js, Microservice architecture, WCF, WPF etc.
Should have worked on at least one complex application which has interactions with other systems/complex applications
The candidate should have at least 6+ years of experience in following technologies
- SQL Server
- Web API /WCF
Soft skills (Desired)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to lay audiences.
- Exhibit leadership skills for a project at the program level.
- Self-Driven and Focused
- Strong documentation skills
