Matific is a rapidly expanding SaaS business, offering world-leading math software for primary school age students. We have customers in 50+ countries globally and we’re about to embark on an implementation of 1.6 Million students across Tamil Nadu.
We are looking for an experienced enterprise implementation and customer success specialist to own the entirety of our project in Tamil Nadu. The role will be responsible for the rapid implementation and ongoing support and success of Matific in Tamil Nadu, as well as deepening the relationship with the Tamil Nadu School Education Department.
Own and Manage the rapid implementation and rollout of Matific to 1.6 Million students across Tamil Nadu
Build out and manage a world-class customer support and customer success team to ensure ongoing adoption across Tamil Nadu.
Manage, and grow the relationship between Matific and the State Education Department of Tamil Nadu
Represent Matific in Tamil Nadu and the wider Indian Market.
3+ Years Management of SaaS Implementation & Success Teams at an enterprise scale.
Solid background in Key Account Relationship Management
Proficient in both English and Tamil language, both written and spoken, with an ability to collaborate with English language speakers globally
Experience working with government is beneficial
Experience in the education sector is beneficial
