Qualification : Tourism Degree & IATA Qualified
Experience : Prior experience in Ticketing is preferred. However open to hiring IATA freshers as well. Working knowledge of Amadeus. Willing to work in a 24�7 environment.
Responsibility :Issuing Domestic/International flight tickets also amendments. Working on the GDS to process cancellations & refunds. Co-ordinating with the airlines. Good communication skills to enable effective communication with customers as well as travel partners.
