A keen eye to understand the P&L of the First Citizen program understand CRM and take decisions that are astute and quick, resulting in sales. Must have experience in marketing and dealing with customers.
Must have a strong understanding of the B&M Department and work closely with Trading Managers and Category Managers & Unit Heads to ensure one to one customer relationship.
Should have the ability to close deals with Citibank and handle this account with aplomb along with the First Citizen Co-Branded Card program.
Generate Direct Marketing Income by liasoning with partners of SSL.
Be a strong team leader with excellent leadership qualities to drive an internal team and the operations team.
Should be innovative in terms of increasing revenues and driving down costs.
Ability to train and motivate teams across the country to achieve preset goals and objectives.
