We have been informed of instances where jobseekers are led to believe of fictitious job opportunities with Deloitte India (“Deloitte”). In one or more such cases, false promises of actual or potential selection, or initiation or completion of the recruitment formalities appear to have been or are being made. Some jobseekers appear to have been asked to pay money to specified bank accounts of individuals or entities as a condition of their selection for a ‘job’ with Deloitte. These individuals or entities are in no way connected with Deloitte and do not represent or otherwise act on behalf of Deloitte.
We would like to clarify that:
At Deloitte, ethics and integrity are fundamental and not negotiable.
We are against corruption and neither offer bribes nor accept them, nor induce or permit any other party to make or receive bribes on our behalf.
We have not authorised any party or person to collect any money from jobseekers in any form whatsoever for promises of getting jobs in Deloitte.

You shall lead a team
of coordination (candidate relationship management known as, “CRM”) specialists
to enable our functions to meet their hiring strategies. You would manage our
businesses like, Consulting, Tax, Enabling areas, Audit and Advisory and drive
hiring needs in Talent Acquisition for the Deloitte US offices. Your experience
in managing high volume interviews would enable you to be successful in your
role. In addition to your deliverables, you would bring your perspective of the
evolving trends in Talent Acquisition that, would help the team in improving
efficiencies in their deliverables.
This role requires you
to invest effortlessly in the following areas -
Understanding defined market attributes
to assist in developing recruiting strategies for long term and sustained
Collaborate with practice leadership to
assess needs, develop strategy and implement work plans to meet the needs of
various service areas
Manage interviews and plan resources across
businesses for all types of interviews such as, telephonic, video, in-person
Monitor, guide, support and encourage
the team to reach their self-development and initiatives
Understand the firm, its functions and
enforce process adherence and compliances by the team
Understand the assigned service areas,
technologies and coordination processes
Consultative skill to prepare and
present recruiting strategy to leadership
Play an advisory role to the business
in terms of interview management to meet hiring targets for the businesses
Performance management of your team and
Develop and cultivate relationships
with various levels of management within the firm
Lead the team of CRM Specialists
(Analyst/Senior Analyst/Assistant Managers).
Work towards optimum and effective
utilization of the teams.
Identifies issues, present solutions
proactively, determines best course of action through analysis and

Manages teams of staff
