Your field of responsibility
Assist Program Manager and Project Managers and Program Managers with the following responsibilities:
- Providing support for financials tracking (budget and actuals)
- Change request management, tracking of project effort, breakthrough tracking, tracking of risks, issues and dependencies
- Supporting partner and business client management (status reporting) interactions as well as general logistical, process, toolset and administrative support for the IT Project and Program Manager

Your skills and experience
To excel in this role, you should possess:
Minimum MBA/General Graduation degree (or equivalent)
0-1 years of total Project Management/PMO Support experience preferably worked with international Bank
Detailed understanding of project lifecycles and project financials
Fluent written and spoken English
Advanced proficiency with MS Office skills, especially Excel Macro and PowerPoint
Outstanding teamwork and communication skills. High degree of flexibility and “can do” attitude. Ability to work with very limited level of instruction and supervision
Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
