Focus on developing a strong culture in the region by adherence of right policies and practices.
Responsible for Talent Planning and Acquisition for the region.
Smooth execution on onboarding and handholding ofthe new joiners to drive activations and higher productivity.
Develop ways of employee engagement and drive employee engagement programmes in the region to boost morale of the employees.
Work closely with Training Manager to look for opportunities for developing capability.
Engage with employees to increase retention.
Drive and execute initiatives launched at zone and corporate level.
Timely delivery of MIS and all reporting's.
Focus on launching atleast one initiative which will have positive impact on people and business.
Planning and Analytics.
Incumbent should be MBA in HR (Regular Degree).
Experience of 7-8 years out of which at least 3-4 years in HR business partnering role.
