Education: UG (preferably from management/commerce)

Handling end to end recruitment for various departments within the institution.
Manage the empanelled recruitment agency as per SLA and provide regular updates.
Support in identifying potential new service providers.
Manage job requirements as per SLA
Timely updation of Recruitment tracker.
Liaison with the HR Operations/Administration/IT and other teams to ensure they are kept informed of all new hires and joining dates and respective inputs.
Ensure proper maintenance of all record management pertaining to Employee’s Personnel Files, communication and other letters during the employee Assist with payroll and smooth transition of exit process.
Provide support in handling statutory requirement (PF and ESIC) and other if any.
Good Communication and understanding for various job roles.
Handle other HR Generalist role as and when required.
Proven experience in recruitment and hiring for University
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Good knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (preferably in Zoho)
Good knowledge and understanding of statutory compliance
Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
