About Businessline/Function :
Project Office Team (PO) rolls up into CAO Office and its primary activity includes preparation of Management Dashboards, support Business Units with resource setup in Clarity system, supporting Finance team by presenting Man Days data for Invoicing, run multiple reconciliations to ensure system cleanup and data integration between HR data, Vendor Management data, Performance Management team and Business Unit

Position Purpose

To generate multiple MIS reports for Senior Management, Business Heads and other local stake (Finance, HR, Performance Management team) holders.

Timely and accurate MIS will help achieve the team goals and senior management information / decision making requirements


Direct Responsibilities

ISPL Budget Preparation

1. Provide training to the budget managers.

2. Provide historic data and partner with Budget managers on the budgeting requirements (CC/Org Chart/TBD/etc.).

3. Liaise with business and get the onshore/sponsor view of the budget.

4. Have ISPL view of Head Count for Budget and Forecast.

5. Prepare team wise financial forecast and budget

6. Budget Submission to client sites CdG, Cost analysis and Communications; Query Handling

7. Ensure timely and accurate submission and communication of Forecast & Budget cost, MY to the stakeholders

8. Responsible for Clarity Budget Module Implementation for ISPL Mumbai


1. Ensure the adherence to the report map and timelines for Project Office

2. Ensure data sanctity

3. Ensure controls (level1) in place for all Project Office processes

4. Ensure the error/incident are analyzed and controls are improved or introduced

Specific Qualifications (if required)


MBA in Finance will be added advantage

3+ years of work experience

Already having good experience in handling MIS, adhoc queries and reconciliations

Knowledge of MS Office (majorly MS Excel, MS Powerpoint) with advance excel (application of multiple and complex formulas) knowledge a must

Knowledge of MS Excel Macros an added advantage
