Delivery Enablement Manager:
The DEM is a key member of the Asia Pacific Global Delivery team and will play a strategic role in leading client program deliveries, optimizing current operations of the delivery organization and future planning in partnership with leadership. The incumbent will have a twofold role. Time will be spent working closely with our client delivery teams, HR business partners, internal staff and contractors to support effective project staffing, recruitment and onboarding of new hires, ongoing capability building of the team. The role will also be responsible for understanding and analyzing operational data for decision making and management of a growing professional services organization. We envision the role to be a key one to partner with the global team to bring in operational efficiencies, process improvements and standardization across deliveries.
This role is focused on creating and operationalizing the tools and capabilities required for our team to deliver exceptional client experiences. A background in running operations for a professional services firm or a relevant business will be appreciated.
A percentage of the Operations Manager role is also devoted towards leading the design and delivery of blended leadership development programs for some of the world’s leading organizations. They will work closely with our clients, faculty, empaneled moderators, and colleagues, and be responsible for all aspects of program management, client relationship management, and client satisfaction. A background in leadership development and honed leadership practitioner skills is a must.
This position is ideal for an experienced individual with a background in leadership development – one who has worked independently in a professional services firm and is looking for a combination of an internal and client facing role. The ideal candidate for this role brings proactiveness, an analytical mind, a natural flair for working with several internal and external stakeholders and proven project management experience. Drawing on strong communication skills, the successful candidate will develop and maintain trusting working relationships, providing excellent program manager support to external clients and passionate about optimizing internal operations. This person has considerable technical aptitude, specifically around process documentation and training.
The position will be based in Gurgaon, India. Due to the global nature of our team, this role is best suited to someone who has availability both during and outside normal working hours, and flexibility to work from home as required.
Recruitment and onboarding of Global delivery resources through understanding the skills & experience required for roles
Onboarding plan creation and execution for new hires and ongoing capability building for existing team members
Hiring, onboarding and engagement with empaneled pool of senior moderators
Operations Management & Process Optimization:
Responsible for cascade of process updates and adherence across the organization
Contribute to decision making through analysis and insights derived from data for capacity planning
Resource management for client deliveries
Program & Client Relationship Management
Manage the design and high-quality delivery of programs and services for assigned clients, manage each program on budget and timeline
Leveraging leadership practitioner skills, understand client context and design leadership development interventions using HBPs frameworks
Lead scheduling and delivery for all events for assigned client programs serving as point of contact for the client
Involve and prepare internal team, faculty, experts, and moderators as needed to deliver first class education experiences
Direct the work of the Delivery Specialist and other project team members.
10+ years of experience in client-facing project management in an educational environment or professional services firm
Proven success managing complex projects on-time and on- or below-budget
Strong organizational skills required. Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet competing deadlines with available resources.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency required with MS office products such as MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel and experience with collaborative technologies such as WebEx.
Highly motivated and with strong initiative, excellent follow-through, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
