Technical Skills Looking for candidates with extensive recruitment experience in Contract Staffing
Thorough understanding of end to end IT recruitment process
Experience in IT Recruitment both in permanent hiring and contract staffing is mandatory.
Must have worked on C2H positions
Well versed and experienced with full life cycle of recruitment process starting from receiving the requirement, sourcing, screening, validating to acceptance of offer to final placement.
Ensure meeting daily/monthly target of submitting quality candidates for open job requirements released by clients
Completing a thorough analysis of candidates commitment and background check before submission
Getting updated resume from the candidate and formatting it according to clients need
Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates and following up on real-time basis till feedback is received from client
Completing appropriate paperwork before onboarding the candidate
Sending daily activity of submittals and interview updates to the account manager
Being accountable for daily/weekly/monthly goals and expectations including client specific SLAs and compliance with process.
Acts as recruiting SME to advise and acting as escalation point for issues that arise and identifying the optimum solution.
Supporting the Team Managers with workload allocation, including volume forecasting, headcount planning and requirement allocation.
Manage all aspects of candidate administration such as maintaining and updating applicant and offer activity, job description creation, ensuring current positions are accurately posted in all recruiting systems and job boards.
Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets in an effective manner.
Conduct regular follow-up meetings with client hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Should be able to understand customer needs and hiring conditions, both external and internal.
Conduct analysis and report on key recruitment metrics to appropriate business leaders.
Training and mentor-ship of new team members.
Provides recruitment support and screen candidates resumes and job applications.
Work with internal managers and teams members to assist with recruitment efforts.
Perform other special projects as assigned.

Familiarity with Job Portals & Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels of the organization and with external candidates
Strong decision-making skills
Ability to learn quickly and remain flexible as assignments or requisition volume changes.
Preferably Male as this position requires US staffing coordination.
