Role:

- Develop and implement an all-encompassing educational and counseling plan with modern methods of teaching and mentoring.
- Pay attention to cultural or societal differences in dealing with the students
- Conduct group or individual counseling sessions to assist students with problems or concerns.
- Assess students’ attributes and help them realize their strengths.
- Evaluate the progress of students and reinforce the sense of accomplishment.
- Cooperate with parents and teachers as well as other interested parties.
- Study and update student records.
- Prepare and present reviews on progress.
Requirements:
- Ability to operate within a wide range of student personalities and backgrounds.
- Education in various models of teaching, best counseling practices and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers.
- Counseling the students via phone call or walk-ins for admission.
- Preliminary screening of offshore applications and analyze the applications of prospective students based on standard admission policies.
- Coordinating with students for admission guidance and giving suggestions for different universities.
- Handling student queries.
- To provide team members with the current admission by maintaining and referring to current weekly admission statistics and responding to emails.
- To manage incoming applications and documentation.
- Maintain up to knowledge with changes in relation to international qualification education systems and ensure that any data entered on to an applicants file is accurate and where any revisions occur that these are clearly shown.
- Printing emails or making files notes which results in a significant change in the applicants status.
- Following internal procedures for the confidential management of incoming applications and documentation and discussing assessment outcomes with the admission manager.
- Maintaining student records in excel.
