Xenonstack’s People Excellence team is looking for Talent Recruitment Intern to perform various tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities. Your responsibilities include screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in all aspects of hiring. You should have understanding about various screening approaches, sources of hiring and different portals of hiring.
Screen resumes and application forms
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups and feedback schedule
Search for job applicants, using various sources such as databases, internet recruiting resources, networking, job fairs, media, advertisement, recruiting firms or employee referrals
Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
Interview job applicants as part of the screening process to get information about job skills, training and education and inform them of the position, duties and responsibilities, compensation & benefits and working conditions.
Select job applicants, confirm there qualifications and refer them to hiring managers
Analyse employment data related to the position and create reports based on your findings
Advise management on implementing, organising and preparing recruitment programs while providing them with training or interviewing counselling techniques, performance appraisal or documentation of performance issues
Contact applicants to inform them of the application status and conduct background/reference checks on job applicants
Participate in organizing company events and careers days
Maintain the applicant tracking system database by ensuring that all candidate information and activity is up to date
Connect with potential candidates via telephone and email to engage them in recruiting process
Develop recruitment strategies that meet anticipated staffing needs
Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
Ability to organize skill assessment centres
Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
Excellent record-keeping skills.
Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Strong decision making skills
Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software.
Must be organised & methodological to problem solving approach
Knowledge of compensation & benefits system
Knowledge of labor legislation & legalities in relation to HR & employment rights
Excellent communication skills

Analytical mind and Problem Solving Aptitude
Strong Organizational skills
Education/Qualification : Bachelor’s in Human Resource, Masters is a Plus
