Overall Job Objective: He/She is responsible for the overall business of the Region/City through Salon Channel and will be the single point of contact for Salon. Drive sustainable business via building strong relationship and rapport with Salon – Owner and Stylist. Actively prospect New clients every month to drive distribution objectives. Handle and Manage overall Regional/city tgts along with other colleagues. Take initiative in establishing Dyson Brand in set geography.
a) Own Sales Target for the business from Salons. Responsible for Sales & Education Calendar Planning.
b) Identify potential sales opportunity by constantly scanning the environment, pursuing the identified opportunities. Make a sales funnel that would describe the prospects, leads and conversion ratio.
c) Execute with excellence the strategies deployed from Company to grow business .
d) Execute New Initiatives and drive business through Joint Business Planning with customers.
e) Lead execution of overall GTM strategy involving business growth, channel partner and customer engagement and customer service.
f) Work in Partnership with Trainers in JVC (Joint Value Creation) for Salons. Provide Training schedule and seek reporting of Trainer on a daily basis.
g) Leverage Stylist Advocacy Program to deliver Annual Sales Target and distribution goals.
h) Constantly provide feedback and inputs related to enhancing customer experience.
i) Work closely and collaborate with Dyson other Channel colleagues to seek help in maximizing Dyson experience to Salon, Stylist and End Consumer.
j) Ensure superior visibility of Dyson Brand as per guidelines in Salon by leveraging relationship in Trade.
k) Adhere to AR policy of Dyson.
l) Follow Drumbeat of reporting as per Company guidelines.
m) Manage BDE’s and drive business through them in mkt. Guide and Coach BDE’s to build capability. Take reporting on a daily basis to factor in the overall Drumbeat.
Graduation with preferably MBA from a reputed institution
Experience of 5-8 yeards
The candidate should have the experience of handling Key Customers, preferred Salon Industry for at least 2 yrs
Should be ready to work for 6 days workweek with Sunday off
Should be comfortable with a field sales role
