The ‘Analyst’ for DB Projects team is responsible for analyzing business, systems and processes to identify user needs, document requirements and address operations issues and improvements to accomplish the business objectives. Act as the liaison between end users and operational, configuration or systems areas. Analysts are required to execute specific project deliverables in support of profitable and superior client service delivery and act as a resource regarding client benefit plans and system functionality. The role requires good understanding of the DB domain, upstream and downstream impact of each step in the administration process. It also involves working closely with partner teams in Fidelity US to deliver solutions that meet both client and internal expectations

As an Analyst you would be supporting end-to-end of a project and plays the role of Project Management having an interaction with multiple stakeholders. Coordinating with multiple stakeholders is a vital role in the Projects team to make sure we deliver as per timelines. You would be working with data issues to fix in the system, extracting details from the system to provide to the clients for various projects.

End-to-end DB Domain Knowledge.

Experience on SQL and MS-Excel.

The Expertise We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience
Graduate in computer science/Other Master's degree holder with relevant domain/Project management experience is preferable.
