Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter.
Manage End to End recruitment
Performing reference and background checks
Skype interviews to validate candidates IDs.
Should possess excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
Agile and fast decision makers to deliver quality in the dynamic nature of Staffing business
Target oriented and have a Go- better attitude
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements
