Answering Customer queries received by Whatsapp within 8 working hours
Answering Customer queries received by Social Media within 8 working hours
Track and follow up on pending issues and orders
Ensure all team members are updated and work together to make customers happy
Ensure exemplary post sale services
Ensure Company methodologies & policies are being followed by you and your subordinate team members
Updating the website on a need basis
Updating Other portals used by the company as and when required
Scrutinising the website for incorrect information & details and rectifying those
