CSA (Customer Service Associate) Location- Mihan, Nagpur Excellent Verbal and written communication in English is a must.
Responsibilities and Duties Should be ready to work for the Voice & Non-voice process.
(Inbound/Outbound) Must have a good command & fluency in English Clarity of speech and thought is expected with basic computer knowledge.
Ready for rotational shifts & rotational week offs.
Immediate joiners Preferred Qualification: HSC Passed and above
Experience: Fresher Salary: 14k-17k depending on the experience (includes PF + ESIC + Bus facility) Working Window: 8am-10pm with 8 hours working (Rotational shifts)
