SmartHire Screening Services India Pvt Ltd Call Center Specialist- part of USAFact, Inc, a US Based background screening company. You will work alongside US- based employees, during US hours of operation.
Primary responsibility of internet research and phone calls to verify information provided by Candidates for Employment. This individual will work with the entire Operation Department to support the Company’s efforts to provide thorough and accurate research and reporting of information based on laws regulating Consumer Report Agencies.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Online phone number research
· Completing assigned verifications daily
· Noting procedures followed and information obtained for each call attempt
· Fax/mail of verification requests when protocol requires
· Placement of vendor orders online
Reports to the Call Center Lead.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Exceptional spoken and written English (a must)
· Exceptional phone and grammar skills
· Type 35 words per minute
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a “results driven; team oriented” environment
· Working knowledge of MS-Office
· Excellent computer skills
Compensation:
INR 15,000-30,000 monthly salary + paid holidays + benefits
Full-time in office in Saket, Delhi
