- Answering and handling incoming customer calls, emails or chat messages and providing information or support.
- Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to appropriate teams as needed.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and data in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Making outbound calls to follow up with customers, collect feedback, or conduct surveys.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures, including call scripts and quality standards.
- Meeting or exceeding individual and team performance targets such as call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor during customer interactions and working collaboratively with team members.
- Continuously improving knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Participating in training and development programs to improve customer service skills and job performance.
- Graduate in any stream
- English Communication is a must
