- Should be well versed with Indian Laws / Compliances

- Must have 15-20 years of experience in Administration / Office.
- Last 3-4 years should be at managerial position.
- Maintain operations by directing all activities which are performed daily, weekly and monthly.
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and implement ways to streamline processes.
- In coordination with the functional and regional heads, formulate and implement policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures
