Job Title: Technician / Sr. Technician - Digitization Services / GIS Executive
Job Overview: Technician / Sr. Technician - Digitization Services at iMerit are responsible for building the high-accuracy map data utilized by Autonomous vehicles / Self-driving cars to navigate in the real world. Utilizing a set of web-based tools, operators are expected to complete a variety of tasks such as digitizing roads, streets, and features such as signs, lanes, other road attributes, and relevant data elements, and associating road features and other map objects in 2D and 3D environments.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
1. Familiarity and experience with CAD/GIS and working with technical drawings using AutoCAD or such other CAD software.
2. Proficient communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
3. Able to be trained and become competent in all drawing and mapping tasks. iMerit will provide all training.
4. Provides feedback on tools and contributes to policy and tooling discussions
5. Able to effectively articulate software issues and needs with sufficient details.
Skill requirements
1. Computer and tech Savvy person
2. Ability to work with 2D and 3D data
3. Ability to interpret photos and identify objects in it
4. Exposed to working with CAD and/or GIS software to produce digital drawings by extracting features from 2D and 3D data
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment, and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
6. Self-learner, quality oriented with attention to detail.
Qualification: Degree (Diploma/Technical) or Associate Degree with exposure of CAD/ARCGIS
Experience: Fresher or 1/2 years of relevant experience

Salary: ₹15,500.01 - ₹23,250.27 per month
