- 2 years of experience in Fintech, banking, or customer support.
- International banking or Customer Support (added advantage).
- An inquiring mind and methodical approach with high attention to detail.
- Strong writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to multi-task priorities, manage deadlines and pick up new ideas and concepts quickly.
